We understand that your first visit to the eye doctor can feel overwhelming and we try to accommodate all new patients with a comfortable and organized facility.
Our staff has taken the steps to prepare you for the first appointment by providing a full spectrum of the services we offer and the option to complete our new patient form prior to your visit. Our goal is to cover everything you need with a full and efficient assessment, but without waiting to see the doctor.
I went in to have my glasses adjusted that I purchased from another local eye clinic. (That are not experienced with adjusting glasses) Even though I did not purchase them here, I knew that they would be able to help me because I've purchased glasses from them in the past and they always adjust them to my face perfectly. Bob was able to adjust my glasses that weren't even made for my skinny face in the first place with no problem! Thank you so much Bob and staff for always taking such great care of my glasses/vision care, every time I come into your north and south clinic!
